Roy: Thanks for having me, Spiffy! Healthy Hip Hop is transforming a generation of children through infusing hip hop culture with innovative technology, education, and positive attributes. We understand that hip hop is the voice of our youth, yet the challenge is that most of the mainstream messaging is not appropriate for kids. Healthy Hip Hop is providing a safe hip hop and social media experience for children and families.
Julie: Thanks for having me, Spiffy! I'm an investor with 2048 Ventures, where we work with early-stage startups, especially those that are differentiated and defensible through data and technology. Our firm invests in all types of technologies. I work mostly with biotech and digital health startups. I love working with founders. We meet with our founders regularly to provide mentorship, suggestions, and see where we can help solve problems.
Alex: The Ali Forney Center addresses homelessness, food insecurity, poverty, medical/mental health and educational needs for homeless youth. Overall, we address the fight for equality, responding to the byproducts of hate, homophobia, and transphobia.
