Vanessa: If you want to start a company, it takes a lot of hard work, connections, investment, and knowledge to get started. For people with non-traditional backgrounds, fewer connections, and limited access to fundraising, it can be incredibly difficult to succeed. DealEngine is building a self-service platform empowering founders to achieve traction and funding, regardless of their background or connections.
Lucas: At The Farm SoHo, we're redefining work into something that you look forward to every day. We're building spaces that diminish the finite lines between cozy coffee shops, homes, and office spaces. Therefore, when you enter one of our spaces, you feel right at home.
Daniel: We’re working towards making capital accessible to people in a fair way. At Flowbo, we’re starting with creators on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. We help them get paid on time for the work they do with brands. We also fund them to grow! For example, if a gaming YouTuber wanted to develop their own game, we’d fund it today and be paid back over time. In the future, we want to help musicians, artists, and freelancers who are doing great work—but not in traditional 9-5 jobs.
