Anu: Thanks so much for having me. My company, The Culture Tree, promotes cultural literacy about South Asia through language and educational and cultural programs. Our goal is to create empathy, respect, and understanding towards all different cultures, and further inclusivity while still helping address questions about identity with heritage cultures.

Reyhan: Rainergy is a project that aims to solve the energy deficiency problem in rural parts of rainy countries with generators that produce electricity from rainwater. Millions of children in these communities lack access to electricity, technology, and, therefore, a quality education. At Rainergy, we’re set on our mission of giving children light — a hope for a brighter future by “Lighting up One House at a Time.” Our next goal is to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide in the air.

Yi Jun: A group of friends and I started Advisory Singapore in 2016, to help young people from all walks of life navigate the transition from school to work. It's not an easy transition, but something that everyone has to go through in life. Through our work, we want to make sure that no matter the family you're from, whether you're rich or poor, whatever school you've gone to - that everyone has the support they need to pursue their aspirations and find meaningful work.
